Asus G74 adalah sebuah rig quad-core yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat keras spesifikasi mutakhir yang dirancang untuk kepuasan menjalankan game terbaru dengan setting maksimal. Pada intinya terletak prosesor Intel Core i7 2630QM Sandy Bridge yang dapat disandingkan dengan memori sampai 16GB RAM DDR3. Kartu Grafis milik NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M dengan 3GB GDDR5 VRAM juga ditancapkan pada laptop gaming ini.

Asus G74SX-A1 dan G74SX-3DE akan dibandrol dengan harga di $ 1745 dan $ 1979 dan datang dengan ransel dan mouse game. Laptop ini seharusnya mulai dipasarkan mulai 28 Juni 2011 nanti.
